This book is about the siblings Evan and Jessie as they fight for who can dominate the lemonade stand business during the last week of summer vacation. Evan’s confidence clashes with Jessie’s determination. Soon this rivalry escalates causing tensions to rise, leading to a VERY spirited rivalry filled with clever marketing tactics and unexpected manipulation to gain the upper hand.

Through their ups and downs of their lemonade business the siblings learn important lessons in economics and the importance of teamwork that makes the dream work.
The Lemonade War is the first book out of a series (I think 6 sequels so far).

How did I like this book?
Loved how the book teaches young kids the value of money and the important skill of entrepreneurship. I did not like that it was so short, this being a major downcast.
