Hey folks, I am back. After a little break due to recovery and other obligations I am finally back to writing again. I went through many, many books in the meantime – so be prepared there are a few good ones coming along.
What is the story about in Allan Woodrow’s “Unschooled”?
Gorge and Lilly are BFFs. They know each other since they were babies. Of course they really wanted to be in the same team at the annual 5th grade “Spirit Week” at school. But principal Klein had other plans and so they found themselves competing in different groups. And to make matters even worse: They were the opposite team leaders! The winning team was to get a mysterious prize nobody knows about. Of course everyone wanted to win. People on opposite teams started sabotaging each other and from there everything turns into a huge mess!
Can George and Lilly save the day and go back to being friends again? Read the book to find out!
What is the moral of the story?
Never give up friendship for winning.
Who is my personal favorite in the story?
George, because he is calm doesn’t rush and is always accurate. Lily is the total opposite of him but also very kind.
How did I like the book?
I loved the book. It was very catchy but it would have been even better with a little less drama. Give a round of applause to the author please!
